Good Day. 

i´m create a simple feedback form, and in anonynous mode the submit button not work.!

1. Form and list version : 5.1.3 Dnn version . 05.05.01 (22) ( also i´m going to update this week to last version ) 2. Page- and Module have permission for "All Users" -- the solution for me is uncheck "Inherit View permissions from Page" in module settings, and it work. Many Thanks
