Hello,

Since I have a considerable number of documents to share, I want to give non-admin users access to the File Manager Module. I give them permission on folders and files via the security settings, but this admin module prevents them from gaining access to page. Is there a way to make this happen?

Take care,

Andy

AFAIR, there has just been a 3rd party module announces in "AnnounceIT", another option might be Speerio FileManager.

ote: this area has mayor changes in DNN 3.3/4.1, so you will need updated versions of 3rd party modules for this purpose, when upgrading.

Cheers from Germany,

Thanks. I tried the newly announce one and it fails. The sperio file manager is not available for the latest version of DNN. I'll see if I can get the newly announce module to function properly.
