Whenever the scheduler tries to index module content (in support of the DotNetNuke search capability) it tries to instantiate the business controller class of each module which supports ISearchable. For some reason, it cannot do so for the FAQS Tips module ('DesTech.Modules.FAQTips.FAQTipsEngine) and logs an error that it's business controller does not expose a parameterless constructor, i.e. DesTech.Modules.FAQTips.FAQTipsEngine(). This may be because that module is missing its assembly dll in the /bin or that the module is not compatible with DNN 4.09.05.

I would first check that the module is installed properly and that it appears to function OK. If not, you may have to re-install it or if it is no longer in use, remove it from Module Definitions. If you are using the module I would contact its vendor/developer for further support.

I assume, the performance might be affected by the size of the eventlog table and maybe the transaction log, in many cases, trimming the database significantly improves performance.
