DownloadManager Information: 0 : User has canceled the current installation

I clicked on the link and install web deploy 1.1.  On the next page I install step 1 without issues.  Click on the link for step two and it says it is not supported.  I think the issue is I have XP Home.  I could not find a way around it.  I am open to any other ideas.  If not thanks for trying.
