I am getting the following error when saving from the html module editor:

Error: is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Deleted 0 files, however, some files are locked. any help? or ideas  Thanks-

there seem sth blocking cache files to be deleted. Are there other processes running on the server, i.e. a virus scanner or backup tool?

I cannot load my page now without this same error.

this is dnn 5.5.1, running on my dedicated server with IIS 7.5 . I have stopped and restarted the site in IIS and also restarted the server. I have made no changes to the server/ 2008 web server. should I try to delete the cache manually?

cache files are located inside /portals/[#]/cache. please make sure, the server account has delete permission.
