I need to include an agreement into the form that is not editable by the user.

any pointers?

please use a custom xsl rendering, e.g. using the built in XSL generator.

The footer area in F´n´L module settings, is not more simple?

Currently there is no option to insert text within a form. Header and Footer is possible, but some way detached from the Form. XSLT is not used here at all.

according to the gentleman below it cant be done. :)

I did try, however the generator seems to be limited to list views.

I do appreciate your many inputs.
