Hi;
        Please tell me any one my portal is currently in DNN 4.9 version so i want upgrade now so when in godaddy hosting upgrade then show error

You need to upgrade to the DotNetNuke XML module version 4.03.05 before upgrading DotNetNuke to version 5.03.00 or later. It is also possible post-upgrade to manually edit the offending .vb code files in the folder /App_Code/XML to change Web.HttpResponse to System.Web.HttpResponse. As I recall, there were two such changes to be made in one file. Sorry I don't have the details in front of me at the moment.
