This is a weird issue that occured after integrating our design into Dot Net Nuke. That's beyond us.

Summary of the problem:

For some strange reason on our website:

http://www.justicegrants.info/
and http://justicegrants.info/GrantDetails.aspx?Grant=26861

The css hover state of many of our buttons seems to be ignored by Firefox.  However it works fine in IE, Safari and Chrome.

For Example:
If you hovered over the "Featured Grants" Button in the main navigation in safari you would get a dark background. However if you hover over it in firefox, only the text will change colors.

I was wondering what the cause of the problem is and how we can fix it.

I do see the dark background in FF 3.6.13.
Are you using Solpartmenu? If so you are lucky it works at all as it's legacy has issues in newer browsers.
Using DNN Nav or Telerik menu is better or the DDR menu replacement
