Hi,
I am using DNN 5.5.1 and on some of my pages I can't add any further modules. The 'Add Module' just goes back to the same page. Also the hover over code for editing HTML module doesn't kick in. Is this anything to do with my server (I take it it is server side code) or corrupt DLL but then why does it work on some but not on others? Mystery to me. Anyone?

it's possible it's caused by invalid html/javascript breaking the javascript postback's on the page - do you get a script error?

Hi,
Thanks. I don't get an error in the google Chrome script debugger but when I inspect the element this code is listed, which I guess is the code that is not kicking in:
<input type="submit" name="RibbonBar.ascx$AddMod$cmdAddModule" value="Add Module" onclick=" WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions(&quot;RibbonBar.ascx$AddMod$cmdAddModule&quot;, &quot;&quot;, true, &quot;&quot;, &quot;&quot;, false, false))" id="RibbonBar.ascx_AddMod_cmdAddModule" class="CommandButton">
But the code on another page that DOES work looks like this:
<input type="submit" name="RibbonBar.ascx$AddMod$cmdAddModule" value="Add Module" id="RibbonBar.ascx_AddMod_cmdAddModule" class="CommandButton">
(both on the same portal!!) Why the difference???
