I'm thinking it will. Neither of those have anything to do with the provider itself but may be part of the control the loads it. Have you changed skins lately? Maybe try temporarily loading the default skin and see what it does.

We have some of the Javascripts running again (positioning .js and  treeview.js) 
now the button is not grey anymore and it looks like it is working fine. Thanks for the help
