Trying to find help to fix an annoying problem on my website!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!  :)

Since the last DotNetNuke update, my logo displays the 'red x' in the white box.  I have tried re-uploading the logo file, trying different file extensions, and it appears to update on that page, but as soon as you refresh the page or change pages, it displays the 'red x' in white box again.

Any ideas on why it is doing this, and how to fix it?

Cheers, Leia.

The key to sorting out a missing image is to take a look at the actual path being rendered for the particular image either by looking at the HTML source view for the page or by right clicking over the missing image icon and selecting properties from the context menu.

When I did this for your site I found that the image path was:

/Portals/30/Containers/XDMediaBlue/starshinemusic-studiotiny.b

Note that the file extension (bmp) is for some reason being truncated to just the first character, "b". When I browsed to this same path modified to include the ful extension "bmp", I was able to view the logo - so, we know that the file is there and that it is correcly being served.

If you are setting the logo image using the Admin-->Site Settings page, make sure that the "mp" is not being truncated because of the width of the logo field. If you are not able to resolve the issue from the Site Settings page, let me know what version of DotNetNuke you are running as where and how this setting is stored in the database does vary by version.
