Check with your provider, many hosters have a control panel with DotNetNuke built in so you just hit the "Install DotNetNuke" button

If your hosting provider doesn't have the app ready to install, let me know I would be glad to help.

Installation for DNN is very simple, just extract the package to your website working directory and browse to your site then it will start the installation wizard, just follow up it to complete.

First thing you need to verify is that your hosting plan is capable of supporting dnn.

You require a hosting that runs at least  asp.net 3.5 sp1 and at least ms sql server 2005.

Can you provide some details of your hosting plan.
