No there are no items in the event viewer that appear to relate to this issue. The ability to install a new language pack works on another domain with the same dnn release, but not on this one.

try clearing local browser cache. Did you install any extra code being executed on every page?

I've tried clearing the cache but nothing happened. The only code executed on every page is Google Analytic's Evolved.
