Hi,

Sorry if this is not posted in the right place! I'm running a survey module on the latest version of dotnetnuke. The survey module works fine on a desktop pc, blackerrry, and iphone. However, the module doesn't work for the client who needs to access this app from the blackberry. All of there blackberry's connect to the blackberry enterprise server. Could this be the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Brad

Hi Brad,

You may want to try changing the Browser Identification.  By default, it is likely set as Blackberry.  You can change it to Firefox or Internet Explorer to see if it makes a difference.  I've had to do this for things like banking websites.  If this works, you can configure a Bookmark to use the appropriate browser identification.  To do this:

Launch the Blackberry Browser then go to Options -> Browser Configuration -> .  Select either IE or Firefox and save your changes.

I would be curious to see if this helps.
Good Luck.

You might get it working by turning off partial rendering - if that is enabled. Edit the module's View control in Module definitions to find that. I seem to recall this was enabled by default for this module quite a while back.
