when the wizard starts I receive the following errors and the "Installing DB scripts " page hangs , I checked the forum and tried some of the solutions suggested, but it didn't work.

Which DotNetNuke package and what DotNetNuke version are your trying to install?

Before extracting the folders and files from the DotNetNuke package you downloaded, did you "unblock" the .zip package by right clicking over its name or icon, selecting "Properties" from the context menu, then clicking the "Unblock" button? If that is not done, some files considered dangerous by Windows security may not have been properly extracted.

Please confirm that your web hosting provider account offers ASP.Net 3.5 SP 1 or ASP.Net 4.0 as well as MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008.

Which install (Auto, Typical, Custom) did you select in the Install Wizard?

Please confirm that you first created a MS SQL Server database and database user in your web hosting control panel and that you have entered the database server information provided by your hosting provider, the database name, the database username and password and have selected the SQL Server 2005/2008 (not Express) option and unchecked "Use Integrated Security" in the Install Wizard.

Hi William ,
I checked all you said , every thing is as you said they should be , but I installed it through my web hosting so I didn't unzip anything. I tried to install it with Auto option , it worked but with errors (same errors) at the end so the login does not work. the other types of installing ( Custom and Typical do not work and hang on installing DB scripts).

waiting for you help
thanks
