DNN 5.6.1. When I attempt to use any of the resource managers (ie. Image, Document, Flash etc), the file system dialog displayed is blank. Does anyone know why this is and a way to fix it, please?

Where is the HTML editor configured these days? One option for the time being may be to revert to the previous HTML editor which I know is still present in 5.6.1, as various legacy sites that I have upgraded to that version still have the old editor configured.

if you need configuration, use improved dnnWerk Rad Editor provider from radeditor.codeplex.com (which is going to be incorporated into DNN 5.6.2, according to Gemini)

Thanks Sebastian, but I need a solution to this problem, I'm not sure if the new editor will provide that, especially if it's new.

Looking in Gemini, I think this is a bug in 5.6.1: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/V....

The problem occurred because the site had a language pack installed that had modified (ie. translated) the PortalDefault.Text resource. To solve the problem, in the language editor, edit the language in question at System level, find the resource GlobalResources/SharedResources.[xx-XX].resx/PortalDefault.Text, and change it back to the system default value.

this seems to be a new key, I can't find it in 5.6.0
