I have set up my development environment using the DNN tutorial from Chris Hammond's blog.  I'm now trying to include some custom images in my module.  I have added them to the manifest as files but I'm getting an error when I try to reinstall the module on DNN saying that the images can't be found in the zip file. I have placed by images inside a folder called 'images' inside of DesktopModules/MyModule - DesktopModules/MyModule/images.  In the manifest I added the following:

I get the following error message during the install:

Failure	File specified in the dnn could not be found in the zip file: - D:\Websites\DNNDev\Install\Temp\b05bk2gv\images\account.gif
Failure	File specified in the dnn could not be found in the zip file: - D:\Websites\DNNDev\Install\Temp\b05bk2gv\images\accountlogins.gif

When I open up the Resources.zip file inside of the installation package that includes the source the file is not included.  What do I have to change to get it included?
