This is the full query that runs:

SELECT
S.Question,
S.OptionType,
SR.UserID,
SO.OptionName,
SO.IsCorrect

FROM
SurveyResults SR
INNER JOIN SurveyOptions SO ON SR.SurveyOptionID = SO.SurveyOptionID
INNER JOIN Surveys S ON SO.SurveyID = S.SurveyID

From your data it would only show that one user on line 8, and only if that record is associated with the Survey you have selected.

I assume one shuold not have to look in the database for this type of data. Would it help me to fully truncate and deleted that table and uninstall the module and start from scratch. Do you think doing this might help this situation. I am lost of how to get that data back in the CSV

I guess I am trying to show you why you may be getting a blank file. If people took the survey the data will be there. However, it will only show you data for logged in users. If the users are not logged in, it will show the votes in the chart but not in the Excel download.

This may answer my question then. You are saying that the CSV is blank if the votes are being casted by public votes? Only logged in users are recorded to the file?

If that is the case it makes sense as the survey is public. Let me know.

Yes :)

That is why I wanted to see the data in your table. "-1" for user ID means the user is not logged in.
