The issue is also visible in the Source in Firefox, this is the end of the page:


I just tested on one of my own DNN 5.6.1 installs and there the issue is not there.
Are you using compression on these sites?
Could you try if switching these off makes a difference?
Also could you check that default.aspx in the root of the site has this at the end:

I guess there's an issue with one of the compression methods, which one did you use?

DNN 5.6.1 has a known issue with any compression method built in, if you encounter issues with post backs etc., please try turning it off.

Just FYI using any compression I have this problem.
