I have the lastest version as of today of the dnnWerk RAD Provider. I have it installed on one of my DNN instances that has about 5 sites on it. The strange thing is that the folders in the document manager work fine in all of the sites except one. For eaxmple:

I click on the document in one of the working sites... the Portal Root is listed on the left column... if I click on a directory... the contents of that directory shows in the center column. Simple enogh works fine.

However on one of the sites. If you click on any of the folders on the left. The portal root layout is duplicated in the middle. I cannot look inside any folder. Why is this.

I have tried to change the settings in the RAD Editor Configuration to adjust the root folder and then back to see if that would help. It does not. I also tried changing the provider as well and then changing it back. No luck.

I prefer the sites all have access to the Portal root. Plus, it makes it easier to manage on my end since the settings are carried over to each portal (seems like it is host wide).

Any help with this would be appreciated. Stuck with this.

After making the changes above, did you dump the sites cache? Restart the site/AppPool? I have found on occasion that changes made to the RadEditors config files seem to get cached.

Is this happening for all users (hosts, admin, registered, un-auth'd)? How many portals does this install have?  If more than the 2 you mentioned, are all the others behving normally?

And to make certain I have this correct, your Portal 'A' user is using the '../Portals/0/..' directory for storage, and your Portal 'B' user is using the '../Portals/1/..' directory for storage, correct? I'll also go with the assumtion that the permissions for users is correct, correct?

Chris - thanks for the fast reply! to answer your questions:

Yes, I have done this multiple times and infact last night applied my round of server updates and even restarted the server. Anything that was cached is gone.

All users only on the portal in question. I log in as host and it does what I stated above... however if I log into another portal on teh same instance as a host. The docuement manager works as expected.

that is correct. I checked that all users that have right to edit the pages have admin rights. I have also checked the folder permissions on the server. I propogated the rights to everything. Like I said the other portals work fine.

Pardon me if I'm thick...it's Friday and my brain hurts.

OK, lets look at the config File list. Can you give the a list of the file names in the 'DesktopModules\dnnWerk.RadEditorProvider\ConfigFile' directory?
