i have not a seting on "Search Results Page" in Advanced Settings, Page Management , only :
Splash Page
Home Page
Login Page
Registration Page
User Profile Page

i am wrong in my preview message, i dont use "content localisation"

just i remember i have deleted the "Search Results" page in admin>pages
now i add new page with the name "Search Results" and the server say, impossible to add this page is existing ..
but i can add if i select a "ParentPage" (submenu)

if i go to another website the SerachResults page is in  "Admin=>Pages" and is "not Include In Menu"
the page Search Results have Search Results module SearchResults and also Results module ContentList
the seting page is all user can view

Hello MV,

you couldn't add that page because there is a page with the same name at the recycle bin

Go to Admin > Recicle Bin > Pages to restore the deleted page

Good luck
