Hi,

I upgraded to DNN 05.06.01 (238) and the Image Manager which is part of the RadEditor does not work anymore.  The treee, image viewer and all the controls are either disabled or invisible.

I was going to switch to the FCK Editor but it is no longer available in V5.06.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this. Its driving me mad.

Thanks
Ben

Don't know how to fix it but the FCK Editor is still included, you just need to reset the default editor in the web.config file.

get improved dnnwerk RAD Editor provider from radeditor.codeplex.com, which includes a module for switching the editors without touching the web.config file.

Hi,

Tried the new Rad Editor  but made no difference.  I found a solution that fixed it at http://www.dnn-forum.com/home/aff/17/...

Basically you need to:
1. Backup the portal files and directories
2. Clear all files and directories from the portal
3. Run File Manager Synchonization with recursion to clear all of the entries in the database.
4. Restore the portal
5. Run File Manager Synchonization with recursion again to put the files back in the database

please be aware, that clearing files and folders table will break all existing file links in rich text fields and some modules (if using fileID, which will be regenerated differently).
