How can an admin user upload skins in DNN 5.5?

Sian,

As far as I'm aware in all versions of DNN5 you can only install skins when you're logged in as a host. I remember reading somewhere that the move to host only installations was to do with security issues.

Hey Rick

Thanks for the input. I have to say that seems a bit retarded to me - its like going backwards ... so now if my clients want to install a new skin to their site they essentially have to come and bug me to do it?

Surely this must have created a nightmare for some portal administrators ... anyone else care to comment on this?
