A call center is in need of theright solution.
They need this type of functionality:
1. Multiple agents can log in and place orders under separate programs
2. Setup separate connections with multiple merchant accounts for multiple clients
3. Run reporting for multiple clients
4. Targeted role security settings for different permissions
5. Ability to hide configuration settings related to all host, admin (Also, hide triangle which appears in upper left corner of each module)

If anyone knows a good dnn extension or module, holler at me...
Though I would like a DNN solution it can be .NET related in general.
