Hi,

I know I can add event tokens onto the event templates such as  [event:signupusername] and  [event:signupuserid].

However, I was wondering if it would be possible to implement profile tokens, for example [Profile:Telephone] or [Profile:Address].
We need to be able to transmit this information from the event templates. We're managing some sort of courses and seminars enrollment, so everytime a user enrolls, a confirmation e-mail with all this information is transmited to them and to someone else, who will contact them based on the information they received (phone, name, address, etc).

Is this possible at all? I've been doing a research for a couple weeks without success... please help!!

Hi,

These should work. I've just tried the following in a couple of templates with no problems.

  • Username: [User:Username]
  • First Name: [Profile:FirstName]
  • Telephone:[Profile:Telephone]
  • Unit:[Profile:Unit]

Bear in mind there are no properties call Address, and I think you need to make sure your capitalisation is correct. You can look in the ProfilePropertyDefinition table for a list of properties available.
