Hi,
I have come across an old DotNetNuke site, and have to upgrade, because security issues.
Followed this guide:

But I got a strange error, an strange assembly not found.



Server Error in '/' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'NREWB00~' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. 

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'NREWB00~' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Sam, does that file name sound familiar at all? 

You might do a search through your web.config file for NREWB00 and see if anything shows up.

No, I have been looking for it.
I just have an old standard-installation.

Webconfig does not have a reference to the strange "assembly": NREWB00

Oh, Thanks, was a mistake. It doesn't mean I found the solution.. :)
