Hi

I am not able to upload the wmv file on site



The File "EarthHour2011.wmv" Is A Restricted File Type. Valid File Types Include ( *. swf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.jpe, *.gif, *.bmp, *.png, *.doc, *.xls, *.ppt, *.pdf, *.txt, *.xml, *.xsl, *.css, *.zip, *.template, *.mp3, *.docx, *.xlsx, *.pptx, *.csv ). Please Contact Your Hosting Provider If You Need To Upload A File Type Which Is Not Supported.

In Host --> Host Settings, Advanced Settings, Other Settings add the extension "wmv" to the comma delimited list of "Allowable File Extensions".

Also note that if you have not already increased the values for maxRequestLength, requestLengthDiskThreshold and added a new attribute executionTimeout with a value larger than the default 110 seconds to the site's web.config <httpRuntime> node you will not be able to upload files larger than the default 8 MB).
