I seemed to have messed up the style and removed all but 1 line in the toolbar. I deleted the DSFCK folder and installed the new version, but I still only see 1 line of the toolbar. Somehow the settings are being stored somewhere. How do I geta clean install going on?

I had the same thing happen to me and locopon shered the answer.  You can find the complete thread in his website:

That's not exactly it.

Under "Editor Area CSS" I applied a new CSS file which for some reason hid most of the toolbar. I later ended up installing the new version of FCK provider. I deleted the entire folder and overwrote the portion of the web.config, however the toolbar is still using that old CSS file. I cannot restore the toolbar. Is there some OTHER place this configuration is saved? When I look under Editor Area CSS, it is not pointing to a file anymore. I use several browsers that aren't cached.

The only other option is to clean install DNN (it's my local dev server), but I'd rather not do that. I did an upgrade to my live site and it went well, and the full toolbar shows fine, so it's not the new version doing it. An old CSS is still used somewhere -- the DNN database?
