Just got crazy when I developed a module and the text in got messed up. I thought I had done something wrong (yes I do sometimes)

However it seems that there is odd things going on in the Telerik editor. If I do a line brake

as I just did the editor is putting in

and every time you save the content the brakes are doubled. In fact when you swich from Design to HTML in the editor this happens too.

I tested all editors and just Telerik has this problem with the

If I use the nice RadEditorProvider there is a benefit as it does use

for the brakes, but the same behavior regarding the

tags.

I can notice the same behavior in this post too so I asume its not my configuration. I can't imagine that I am the first to got into this problem.

Is this a bug or is it something I have overlooked.

If not It must be someone among the 6 million downloads that have edited a HTML module with linebrakes using the Telerik editor.....

Sorry I edited this post twice.............

I assume, this is an editor issue, which should be fixed in next editor version.

If I was resposible for the DotNetNuke Brand I had fixed as soon as possible.

Before a lot of administrators start using IE9.

I had also notified my customers so less impact will be done on installations.

The issue seems to be corrected in Telerik 2011.1 as it works as expected in DNN 6.0.0.444
