is it possible on the form n list -
to send the user a copy of the webform to their email address supplied on the email field?

Could you please describe how to include the contents of the form in the email that gets sent?

Email Settings >>
under your Email field (should be of email type) - enter the token [Email] in the To: box
This sends the email to the user who completes the form
You can also create a copy of this to yourself by entering your email in BCC
