When we attempt to upload images in the HTML module the file is not uploaded and we get the following error:
We can see the folders and images that we uploaded before we upgraded to 5.6.2, and we can place images w/in the HTML document.

If attempt to upload an image that is already in the folder, it alerts me that it's a duplicate, but the image doesn't upload.

This behavior started after we upgraded from 4.9 to 5.6.2. I've done recursive synchronization numerous times, cleared cache. Nothing seems to make it work.

DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider.FileManagerException: Unable to complete operation. An unknown error occurred. Portal Root/ | thumb_NoImage.gif ---> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex at System.String.InternalSubStringWithChecks(Int32 startIndex, Int32 length, Boolean fAlwaysCopy) at DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.GetSubFolderPath(String strFileNamePath, Int32 portalId) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.FileSystemUtils.CreateFile(String RootPath, String FileName, Int64 ContentLength, String ContentType, Stream InputStream, String NewFileName, Boolean Unzip) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.FileSystemUtils.UploadFile(String RootPath, UploadedFile objHtmlInputFile, String NewFileName) at DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider.PortalContentProvider.StoreFile(UploadedFile file, String path, String name, String[] arguments) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any suggestions on where to look for a solution?

Thanks for your help.

Another dead end thread.
I have the same problem, with the same error.
8 years later, still no response, no resolve.
DNN is a joke.

Methinks you might be slightly exaggerating (telerik has only been part of the product for about 18 months) *grin*.

What problem are you having TBMACIII? What DotNetNuke version are you on?

It looks like TBMACIII is mixing up "joined date" with the date of the thread start.

I think you're right! But let's see if we can help him out anyway :-)
