Hi,

We have this client requirement which is basically just a product feedback form. So I thought of using the Form and List Module which is really great.
The additional requirement however is having to send scheduled email notifications to a specific email address. I doubt that this module has that functionality.

My question is, how do I pull the data of the Form and List module via SQL? So that I could just create an email service once I have the data.

THanks.

Regards,
Jan

data is stored serialized in userdefineddata table, where the rowid is coming from userdefinedrows and the column definition from userdefinedfields.

you can either send a copy of the form to an email address (could also store this inside an email folder).

OR,
If you want SQL to email you every so often, I think you will have to create a VIEW first - which displays the form you require (matching the UserDefinedRows.ModuleId). And then run a SQL job to email this form.
- NOTE:
If you do the latter, it will email all results every time - unless you create a hidden field and call it something like 'Processed' and set to 'n'  by default and then create another UPDATE query which sets your 'Processed' field to 'y' after it runs.

Thank you Sebastian.

Mark, exactly what I had in mind. I will create an SQL job which can then be scheduled per day, and per week. I'm planning to get the transactions per day and per week. Thanks!
