Hello,

I tried to add images via the Image Manager, and for some reason the images did not appear. When I checked the HTML code I saw that the width and height of the image was both 0.
If I changed those values in the HTML it worked, but something like that is hard to explain to any customer.

How can I fix this? I am using DoNetNuke CE 5.6.2 (I checked on Chrome / Safari).
I did notice that it sometimes works with older images that were already in the system. So does DNN need to sync the images to get the width / height?
Maybe I can remove the width / height by default?

Regards,

I have seen this occur, but not on my own sites. I am not sure of the cause at this point. I would recommend though that you always check the "properties" when you select an image in the image manager, that'll allow you to define the width/height ahead of inserting it

Thanks Chris, but no luck.

I checked the properties tab, and there the width / height is correct. But after inserting the image the width / height both gets 0 as value, so no visual image.

did you perform a recursive file sync in Admin :: Filemanager? Did you disable compression in Host settings?

I preformed a recursive filesync + I have no compression set. Still no luck, I have this issue on multiple instances so I guess it has something to do with 5.6.2 in general?
