Currently the HTML module saves the last 5 versions.  for some pages, we'd like to save even more versions.
e.g. we post our work schedules and make frequent changes... and every little change is a new version.  Could we save the last 10-15 changes?  Does this have to be done globally? or can it be done per instance of html module?

AFAIR, the number is stored in module settings, but there is no UI to edit it (i.e. you need to edit in the database table directly).

Dear m

You can do this easy:
1) Go to the Host/SQL and run this query (replace SettingValue='10' with number of versions you need and PortalID with your portalID):

UPDATE {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}PortalSettings
SET SettingValue = '10'
WHERE (SettingName = 'MaximumVersionHistory') AND (PortalID=0);

2) Go to Host/Host Settings, scroll to the bottom and click "Restart Application".

Hope this helps!

Sergey
