Over the years I've successfully upgraded many DNN installations however this one is giving me problems. It's a v5.4.1 installation and triggering the upgrade to 5.6.2 throws the exception below. I have no idea how to diagnose this. Can someone advise me please?

did you try restarting the application (e.g. by re-saving web.config)?

Sebastian, thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it. I had not tried restarting the webapp however, now that I have done that, I get the same exact error.
