  1. Can you try to remove all aliases from the table except primary one. Then to restart App Pool and to try to add aliases again one-by-one. Probably it allows to find what alias causes problem.
  2. Can you double check IIS, to be sure there is no redirections at the IIS level?

I found problem.  It was a DNS issue.  For some reason the IP address reported for our website changed but the site was still on the same IP.  But for some reason the request actually made it to the site after a redirect to the correct IP address.  No idea what was going on there.  But I had them fix the IP address reported for our URL and it started working.

So, this is closed and had nothing to do w/DNN
