I have Employee Directory module on one of my pages .. When I search for an employees name when in EDIT mode, I do get the search results.
But when I do the same search in VIEW mode, nothing is returned

Module : EmployeeDirectory
Module Title: Employee Directory Listing

View Module Edit Module
Administrators Lock Symbol Permission Granted
All Users Lock Symbol Not Specified
Registered Users Lock Symbol Not Specified
Subscribers Lock Symbol Not Specified
Translator (en-US) Lock Symbol Not Specified
Unauthenticated Users Lock Symbol Not Specified


EmployeeDirectory Settings
Help Help :  In this section, you can set up settings that are specific for this module.
AD Username  USERNAME
Password
Number of rows

These are the settings that I have for the module.
Can anyone help me with this?

I changed the Cache settings from 120 to 0 and its working now, but when I click on the search results, it takes to me to the users profile which has the user details and

Save, back and Cancel buttons.

When I hit the back or cancel button ..it doesnt take me back to the search..
I stay at the Employee Direrctory Info

Any suggestions?

Sorry guys ... found one similar post in the forum

All I had to do was to set the Cache settings for the pages of both the modules to  0.

Everything seems to be working fine now
