Hello,

I would love to have anonymous posting for the forums on my site. I searched these forums, and I saw a thread from 4 years ago saying it would probably be added in the next major release, that comments were already in the code about how to implement this. There was a thread 2 years ago, saying something similar. Now, today, I can't figure out how to configure anonymous posting  on my forums. I'm assuming it still isn't possible? Can we please get this soon? We've been waiting 4 years now, I think that's long enough...

I have never committed to adding this feature, however, I have always discussed the topic with others when it was brought up. Also, the module is now End of Life and will be replaced w/ a new forum module (yes, upgrades will be supported). You can read some details here.

Anyone know? Soon enough that I should put off releasing this site, so that I can get that anonymous posting feature?

Last update I heard was that AF would be in DNN 6.1 (currently) due for release in the third quarter of 2011.
