When an action in relation to either creating or deleting a user the little red square animation goes on forever with no viewable result!

However we find out after that the user was indeed created or deleted.. The action doesn't redirect or respond correctly. Does anyone know why???

I inspected the register and delete buttons and this is what i get in scriptresource.axd
