Thanks Roger! This is exactly what I was looking for.

One quick question though, under Moderate Event Enrollment Email Approve/Deny - Body the descriptiion is "The main body of the message sent for enrollment messages, it is suffixed with one of the templates and is customisable in Moderation view."

When you say it is customisable in Moderation view does that mean that the message can be customized for each event differently if we use Moderation? This is the functionality my users are looking for.

Hi Sharon,

When I say it is customisable in moderation, I mean that the template is shown to the moderator and can be edited on the fly to be sent when they click Approve/Deny. Each time you go to the moderation view it will be set back to the template. It is not stored per event.
