I have customized the contents of the resource file EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_VERIFIED_BODY.txt using the language editor of a specific portal. I then restarted the application via Host >> Host Settings >> Restart Applications. I have even recycled the app pool. Even after doing all this the customized text is still not being used. That is to say, the built-in default email text is still being sent out. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Never mind guys. I was updating the localized value of the wrong resource. The email text was updated after editing the localized value of the EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PUBLIC_BODY.Text resource.
