thanks for the reply, no i just need to confirm that i agree this is not the matter. Is it possible you give me the temp access i will look after that or if you can create the new user check the behavior with the existing user records in respective tables i hope you find some clue

May be some where it reference issue among the table records

I'm sorry, I'm not authorized to give access. I could ask, but it is very complicated procedure that can take forever.

hi thanks for the reply i just discuss with my friend today he need to delete all users suddenly i saw that through the SP you can unauthorized the users, than it just click in my mind may be some how it is possible that your user will be unauthorized because of any reason.

can you please check the user which is in your list is authorized or unauthorized, this is an another reason thats why user will unable to login

Try changing in the database UpdatePassword to True in dbo.Users for a specific user you want to authorize.

the authorization in the table of user portal not the user table
