Hello,

I set up a DNN5 install and have come across an issue where, in the basic html/text editor, I type a link both ways:

- html link in html editor: <a href="http://dotnetnuke.com/">DotNetNuke</a>
- Type "DotNetNuke" and ten by clicking the link button in the WYSIWYG editor and typing in http://dotnetnuke.com to the address field.

Both, upon saving and viewing the page result in the text "DotNetNuke" linking to: mydomain.net/dotnetnuke.com

It seems DNN us compeltely removing "http://" and this every link links to the text on mydomain.net

This happens only in the text editor. If I create a link embedded in the skin, the link works fine. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Thanks,
Joseph

AFAIK this error does no longer exist in latest versions of DNN 5 or DNN 6.

Cheers from Germany,
