Background
  • I have a Form and List ("List" mode) using a variation on the "advancedtable.xsl".
  • I have a boolean field that I use for filtering the List (Filter statement) titled "Approved"
  • "Approved" is a "Restricted Form Field" that can only be edited by designated users (permission: Edit Also Restricted Columns).
  • "Approved" is set to not display in the initial list (Display on List=False)
Issue
In the detail view, of the "advancedtable.xsl" the field "Approved" is displayed for all users which I do not want.
  • Is there a way to hide Restricted Form Fields in the detail view from users that do not also have edit permissions?
  • Alternatively, is it possible to hide Restricted Form Fields from all users in the detail view?  (NB: it would still need to be displayed in the edit view (form) to designated users with "Edit Also Restricted Columns=True" permissions.
