I down loaded version 4.0.0 and tried to install it and got the following.
the version of DNN is 5.6.2

I have been a long time user of DNN and have many sites, but this one has been a bear. It really started when I moved it form go daddy to another hosting company. I had worked out most of bugs from the move but had one that just wouldn't go away. The site was DNN version 4.9 and I thought if I upgrade it to a current version that last bug would be fixed. Now I have a problem with ActionDNN and I think it has something to do with the skins or containers.
my client paid someone to make a video of her store and is pressing me to get it up online. I wanted to get it up so I can buy some time and fix the skin. 
My fear is this has to do with the ActionDNN.

is this a premission in IIS or DNN?
I will try to find this setting, but I don't know how much access to IIS settings my internet provider will allow.
