I suggest clearing all file in cache folders and retry.

We have imported all the portals in a new instance. If it happens again I'll try what you mention.

Same thing happened this morning in another instance on another server, but after a few minutes websites are loaded correctly. ¿?

maybe the cache files do not match the current situation of the DNN version, after an upgrade or there are issues accessing the files (being blocked by a virus scanner or another background task)

Hi Seb,

Other instances have viewed the page underconstruction.htm this week. After many tests, it appears that the program I use to do remote backups (Ahsay) causes the error. Yesterday I set the copies to be run before and still there is no instance with this error.
