I've newly discovered the Reports Module and would like to use it for reports associated with a custom module that I am building.  I understand that I can create a query for use against any database table within the DNN database and also any external database using a connection string.  I have also seen some entries in some blogs about passing parameters to the Reports Module in the querystring.  What I need to know is how would I go about creating a form that would feed these parameters to the Reports Module.  Do I create the form as part of my custom module and then do some kind of redirect to the Reports Module?  If so, how do I define the path to the Reports Module?  Alternatively, is it possible to set up a form using the HTML module that would then feed into the Reports Module?  If so, how do I go about that?

I'm still rather new to DNN and still discovering how to accomplish things so I apologize for any questions that reflect that and that are based more on wishful thinking than reality.  Any help would be appreciated.
