these all appear to be based around Dnnskin.Net.SkinObjects.V2.CssMenuSkinObject which is not a default part of DotNetNuke - i recommend checking with the vendor to see if they have a version that works with 6.0 i.e. that version may do direct database access (instead of using the approved API) and have been broken during upgrade

There is a replacement module available from the dnnskin guys that fixes the issue with dnn600 and their custom skin objects.
 - spent some time working thru this with them a couple of days ago.
 - try emailing support@dnnskin.net

This sounds like an incompatible skin.  

You may want to change the skin to a compatible one, like DarkKnight that comes with DNN 6 or get an upgrade from the custom skin's developer.
