My menus are falling behind my containers after upgrding DNN from 5 to 6. In only happens in IE9 and Firefox. Chrome seems to work fine. IE8 seems to work fine as well.

there might be an issue with z-index of container elements versa the menu. please check css of your containers.

Yes same here: I noticed this as well. So far this is the only thing I can find. So far everything else looks great.

The css in _default/default.css that solves this for me is shown in yellow.
There are now several posts on this annoying problem and not all report any success.

I had this problem with an old skin that was using SOLPARTMENU.
