Hi guys,

I upgraded my DNN site from DNN 05.05.01 to 06.00.00 yesterday everything went fine. However, no the site logo it is just disappeared and shows an error image sign.  When I tried to go to>Admin settings I get an error :

So if I click Site Settings> I get  this error:

An error has occurred.DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The underlying system threw an exception. ---> DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FolderProviderException: The underlying system threw an exception. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FolderProvider.Instance(String friendlyName) at DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FileManager.GetUrl(IFileInfo file) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FileManager.GetUrl(IFileInfo file) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.Logo.OnLoad(EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

So I can't access > Appearance> in Admin settings to re-upload the logo.

Any idea how  to solve this issue? Help will be appreciated.

Maybe due to not following the suggested upgrade path, 5.5.1 to 5.6.3 then to 6.0.0 (see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Suggested_Upgrade_Path.aspx). Don't know if there is a way around it.

one additional suggestion: before upgrading to DNN6, make sure to perform a recursive file sync in admin :: file Manager for all portals and host

Probably best to restore your site from backup to 5.5.1 and then follow the upgrade path.etc.
